TEMPORARY 2-IN-1 GUIDE

COMMON MISTAKES

If something feels wrong, check these simple points first.
Most problems are not broken hardware. They are usually the wrong state, the wrong number of taps, or a low battery.
Do not confuse 3Alarm, RF soft tag deactivator, and the lock command. The commands that are easiest to mix up when you are learning the device.

1. It Does Not Start After Power

After power or hardware restart, the device is Locked. This is normal.

FIX:Unlock first with 4 long presses, or one 7-9 second hold. Then use 2 short taps to start Preset 1.

2. One Short Tap Does Not Start Anything

Correct. One short tap is for the powerbank indicator when the device is Locked or Ready.

Start Command

From Ready, use 2 short taps to start the current preset.

3. The Device Locked While You Were Tapping

That is usually expected behavior. The lock command is a short-tap group in the 5-8 range.

Lock Command

To move between presets, first start a preset. Then use 2 short taps for next preset, or 3 short taps for previous preset.

4. AM Overlay Did Not Change A Running Preset

AM overlay can be switched only from Ready. If a preset is already running, 4 short taps do not change overlay.

  • Stop first with 1 long press.
  • Use 4 short taps from Ready.
  • Start Preset 1 again with 2 short taps.

5. 3Alarm And RF Soft Tag Deactivator Are Different Commands

6. It Refuses To Start

If the battery is critical, the device may reject a start command or stop a running mode. This can feel like the button was ignored, but it is protection.

Check Battery First

Charge the device or check the powerbank indicator before assuming the button command is wrong.

7. Safe Recovery

If you are lost, use this calm reset of your actions:

1
Stop if active

If anything is running, press 1 long press.

2
Lock

Press 5-8 short taps to lock.

3
Start again

Unlock, then use 2 short taps from Ready to start Preset 1.
